Pick your arm and your cartridge from the lists and their figures come with them, so matching a pair does not start with hunting down your arm's effective mass. Treat the result as a guide rather than a verdict. Published compliance figures are measured differently between makers, and suspensions drift with age. A pairing a little outside the band can still track well; the calculation tells you where to look if it doesn't.
